In the spirit of giving during the holiday season, we are inviting you to donate to the 2nd Annual Little Lighthouse Foundation Online Holiday Toy Drive to benefit the Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) www.chsfl.org. CHS protects at risk children of abuse, neglect or abandonment by placing them in safe and loving group homes. These children are essentially orphans living in a group home under the guidance of a single staff person with other children of similar age and at times, similar circumstances. Many of these children will not be receiving toys this holiday season without donations.
CHS has been kind enough to provide us with a general toy list for the approximately 2,000 abused or abandoned children (from infants to 12 years and up) whose lives you will brighten by opening your hearts and wallets this holiday season. To help light up these childrens’ holiday spirits, follow these simple steps:
1. Click here or copy and paste the link below into your web browser:

2. Go to the “Find a Wish List” section:
- Select “Gift Recipient” from “Select By” drop down menu and type “CHS Holiday Toy Drive” in field labeled “Last Name” or
- Select “Wish List #” from “Select By” drop down menu and type “31241435”
3. Choose an item from the Wish List.
4. Add the item to your cart.
5. Check out, and have the item shipped to the recipient (CHS)
Please note that all toys need to be delivered to CHS no later than December 9th.
A couple of guidelines as you select your toy donations:
- Please do not wrap any toys. CHS has asked us to do this for security purposes and the safety of all involved, including the children
- Toys must be brand new
- No stuffed animals
- No violent toys
- Toys not on the Wish List are also acceptable as long as they meet the aforementioned guidelines
- Feel free to donate a single toy item more than once.
- If you would prefer to personally pick out your toy, please deliver it no later than December 9th to the Children’s Home Society-FL c/o Patricia Andrade at 800 NW 15th St Miami, FL 33136 Ph: 305-755-6520.
